*Privacy Policy*
I understand how important privacy is. Use of any personal information that you submit
to A Mama's Love will not be sold, shared or given to any one else under any circumstances. You can be sure I will respect
your privacy.
*Payments* I currently accept payments through Paypal. I prefer this method of payment first. However, I will also accept Postal Money Orders and Personal Checks. To pay by Money
Order or Personal Check please email me first. Once you receive my mailing address, I will wait exactly 10 days for money
orders and personal checks to be sent to me. After the 10th day, goods will go back up for sale. All goods paid with a postal
money order or personal check will not be shipped out until the check has cleared.
*Shipping* All shipping in the US is free! If you need shipping outside the US there will be a fee included. Please email if you want
to know the cost. All goods are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you want insurance or overnight
delivery, you pay the cost. All goods will be shipped within 3 days of payment and you will receive an email with the tracking
number.
*Returns / Exchanges* If you are not satisfied with your
handmade goods, please email me within 2 days of receiving it to explain the problem. Once I respond to you and all is agreed
upon, please return your purchase in exchange for store credit only. You must return the goods in 5 days (from the day you
received it), pay the shipping charge, and it must be undamaged, unwashed, unscented, unworn and in the same condition as
I sent it to you.
